The transfer credit pre-approval form is designed for Trinity Christian College students who wish to take courses at another college and receive credit for them at Trinity. Prospective Adult Studies students should have an evaluation of their official college transcripts before using this form to approve courses. The evaluation will serve as a guide to help you identify which classes you will need to take.
The form should be completed BEFORE you register for the class(es) at the other college. A member of Trinity's staff will contact you after the registrar has completed review of the form. This usually takes a few days, so please be sure to allow enough time for the form to be processed before you enroll in the course.
The following regulations apply to all transfer credit:
- Courses must be taken at an accredited college or university. - Course must be comparable to courses offered at Trinity. - No more than 65 semester hours will be accepted from a 2-year institution. - All classes must be completed with a grade of C (2.0) or better to transfer. - Transfer courses are not included in your grade point average at Trinity. - Repeating a course to replace a grade may only be done at Trinity. - You must have an official transcript sent to Trinity upon course completion.

I also understand that if I decide to take these courses, it is my responsibility to provide Trinity with an official transcript from the college/university after the course has been completed. If I choose to take courses other than those listed above I understand that those must be pre-approved as well, or Trinity is under no obligation to accept those courses for credit.
